Some appropriate time before the event, you will receive all relevant information that your internet audience needs to know, so that you can include it on your invitations and for example on your website. There are options available to shield your transmission as strongly as you deem desirable.

On the day of your event, one of the knowledgeable Audiozender.nl engineers will arrive as arranged at your location to connect and set up the equipment. If you have an audio installation, a direct connection will be used; if not, our engineer will have a high-quality microphone available. The Audiozender itself has a mobile internet connection, so you do not need to supply one. In case of a multi-day event and/or if our engineer won't be present continuously, you will receive some very straightforward operating instructions. Then your event can begin!

Your internet audience will be able to listen with practically any kind of computer and internet connection. All over the world. A dial-in connection in Jakarta, ADSL in Amsterdam, 3G in New York: it's all possible, trouble-free.

Costs
The rental fees depend on very many factors, for example the time, duration and place of your event; whether you expect 1 or 10,000 internet listeners; whether or not you have audio technicians available who will be able to operate the Audiozender themselves; and possibly special wishes of various kinds. And, if we have multiple consecutive appointments on a single day, the reduction in travel charges will be in your advantage. For these reasons, it's unfortunately quite impossible to provide any kind of cost indication on this page.

Before your event, we always request advance payment of at least our travel or shipping charges. Also, if our engineer will not be present continuously, you will be required to pay a security deposit of € 300,-. Both advance payment and security deposit will be credited on the invoice. Any damage to the equipment will be charged. Private customers will have to pay the full invoice amount in cash to our engineer, immediately after the event.

Not good? Money back
Renting at Audiozender.nl is risk-free. In the unlikely case that our engineer, for whatever reason, is not able to transmit your event successfully via the internet at all, no fees will be charged (except our travel charges or part of that).

This does not apply when you take care of operating the Audiozender yourself; this cheaper option (combined with shipping by mail) is ordinarily available only to repeated customers who have received appropriate instructions earlier.

Extra services
We can record your audio directly in CD quality to for example USB sticks, at very low cost. Just one stick, or many tens of them; either sticks that you provide, or sticks that we supply. After your event, you can immediately distribute the USB sticks to the speakers or members of the public.

Producing CDs from the USB stick recordings is very well possible, but not within our capacities. We will gladly direct you to professional partners for that purpose.

When there is an audio installation on your location, but you do not have technicians available, the Audiozender.nl engineer will operate all equipment. However, this is only possible for relatively small installations. For large installations like theatres and concert halls, you will have to provide audio technicians yourself.
