You have a studio with a perfect stereo signal as end product. And you have a reliable internet connection to gather news items and update your website. Then you only need an Audiozender 2.0 device to connect the two together.

The Audiozender can transmit live to practically all streaming audio services, such as the well-known Live365. Also in multiple qualities simultaneously, for example low and high bitrate versions for varied listener groups.

But you can also transmit your signal via the internet to the transmitter station and/or the cable company head-end station. This is a direct link, and no streaming service is required. The result is a crystal clear sound, for just a fraction of the price you would pay for a traditional direct audio connection.

Extra possibilities
A direct audio link isn't only useful going from your studio, but also going towards it. For example, think live reporting on important city council meetings or local events, and a reporter that doesn't have to leave the studio. An Audiozender 2.0 in the city hall, or a Model M at an event, will provide a very comfortable solution with excellent quality.

Because audio connections via the internet aren't always 100% guaranteed, Audiozender.nl is developing an extension to the reception functionality of the Audiozender 2.0. When the input audio stream is interrupted, a pre-configured (music) program will be automatically switched to. Work is also in progress to provide a technique which, even during large fluctuations in internet traffic, will always provide a perfectly constant time delay between sending and receiving ends.

The Audiozender 2.0 can also record to USB stick and USB hard drive. Presenters can insert their own USB sticks, and they will then be able to replay their own shows privately at a later time. But you can also keep a USB hard drive permanently connected. It will then be filled automatically with a complete archive of all your broadcasts. When the hard drive is almost full, the oldest recordings will be automatically removed to make room for new ones.
